Ambulant care

We are happy to provide any necessary and desired help at your home. On the one hand, if necessary, there is medical treatment care (must be prescribed by a doctor and is a service provided by your health insurance company). B. dressing changes, blood pressure checks, injections and much more.

On the other hand, it is the so-called basic care (care fund and personal contribution), which means everyday help with getting up, getting dressed, with the morning toilet, with toilet trips, with storage, help with food preparation or the like.


These two terms are of particular importance in outpatient care, namely the


Basic and treatment care.

What did that mean?

Basic care comprises the care services that have an influence on the activities of daily life, e.g. B. Assistance with getting up, getting dressed, washing, hairdressing, making bed, preparing food, cleaning the apartment, etc. It is usually provided by the responsible care fund within the framework of the respective maximum rates depending on, provided that there is a classification in a care level according to SGB XI Care level taken over.

Treatment care, in turn, is medical care according to SGB V, which helps to avoid hospitalization or to ensure medical treatment. It is prescribed by the responsible (house) doctor and borne by the health insurance company and includes services such as measuring blood pressure, pulse, fever, etc., putting on or taking off bandages, giving injections, placing or administering medication, and blood sugar control and much more. If it has been prescribed, the costs are usually borne by the responsible health insurance company.
